1. Tour Conditions

The Falkland Islands is a remote and rugged destination. Some tours may include off-road driving, sandy beaches, wet or uneven ground, and slopes.

Please note the following requirements:

• Footwear & Clothing: Wear warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for walking in natural terrain.

• Fitness: Ensure you are physically able to manage the terrain involved in your chosen tour. If unsure, contact us before booking.

• Medication: Bring any essential medication you may need during the tour.

• Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal items. While items may be left on the vehicle during the tour, we are not liable for any loss or damage.
   

2. Code of Conduct

We welcome all guests with warmth, respect, and professionalism. In return, we expect respectful and courteous behavior.

Abusive or aggressive behavior toward our staff will result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

3. Photography

During tours, our guides or drivers may take photos for marketing and promotional use.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If the Tour is Cancelled Due to Weather or Cruise Cancellations:
A 90% refund will be issued (10% admin fee covers transaction and processing costs).

If You Cancel the Tour:
Notify us at least 72 hours in advance to receive a refund (minus 10% admin fee).

If We Cancel the Tour:
You will receive a full refund minus a 4.5% transaction fee.

Breakdowns or Emergencies:
We will make every effort to continue the tour by alternative means. If not possible, we may issue a full or partial refund, depending on how much of the tour was completed.

No Shows or Late Arrivals:
No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential. It will only be used for communication related to your tour or when required by law.
